Fit-Out Supervisor

• Oversee all on-site fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays. • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, meticulously monitoring their performance, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols to guarantee seamless project execution. • Diploma/ITI in Civil, Interior Fit-Out or relevant trade. • 5–8+ years’ experience, preferably in modular bathroom/POD manufacturing or fit-out. • Strong knowledge of gypsum, tiling, flooring, ceilings, waterproofing and finishing works.
