Job Title: Onsite Test Lead – Lending Domain (Finacle)
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait (Onsite)
Language Requirement: Fluent Arabic & English speaker
Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled, Arabic-speaking Onsite Test Lead with deep expertise in the lending domain and strong hands-on knowledge of the Finacle core banking platform. In this role, you will lead the quality assurance strategy, drive test execution, and manage stakeholder relationships directly at our client site in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning: Define end-to-end testing strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and establish execution methodologies for lending modules within Finacle.
Onsite Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers onsite, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical QA contact for the client, conducting reviews, presenting status reports, and managing UAT cycles.
Domain Execution: Oversee test case creation, execution, and defect tracking for Retail and Corporate Lending operations, ensuring compliance with local banking regulations.
Defect Lifecycle Management: Drive daily triage meetings, track defects to closure using JIRA, and collaborate with development teams to resolve critical bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for client communication.
Domain Expertise: Extensive QA experience in Corporate Lending, Retail Lending, Mortgages, or Credit Risk.
Technical Systems: Hands-on test design and execution experience specifically on the Finacle core banking platform.
Testing Types: Mastery of functional, regression, integration, migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Location Readiness: Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Kuwait and manage local client dynamics effectively.
