Job Description: Senior Business Analyst T24 (Temenos) Location: Kuwait Work Mode: Remote Contract: 1 year extendable Contract Type: Full-Time / Project-Based Experience: 7+ Years Industry: Banking & Financial Technology Expertise: Temenos T24, Business Analysis, Core Banking Operations Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Temenos Transact) and core banking operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating banking needs into functional specifications, and coordinating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of core banking solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for T24 core banking projects. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), use cases, and process workflows. Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate banking requirements into functional solutions. Analyze existing banking processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with T24 functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and project managers. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, and implementation activities. Validate system functionality against business requirements and maintain requirements traceability. Support core banking enhancements, system upgrades, data migration, and production issue analysis as required. Ensure solutions align with banking policies, operational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact is mandatory. Excellent knowledge of core banking operations, workflows, and banking products. Proven experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and functional documentation. Experience with gap analysis, requirements management, SIT, UAT, and defect tracking. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams in a remote working environment. Preferred: Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Islamic Banking, or T24 implementation and transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of core banking operations, workflows, and banking products.
Proven experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, process maps, and functional documentation.
