Technical Manager

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical proposals.· • Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE codes, and authority regulations. • Lead design coordination among Architectural, Structural, MEP, and BIM teams. • Resolve design clashes and technical issues through interdisciplinary coordination. • Manage design development and consultant approvals. • Implement value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's Degree preferred). • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in architectural design and construction. • At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Manager or Senior Architectural Management role. • Proven experience with high-rise buildings, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, or large-scale master developments. • Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority approval procedures, and construction standards. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and MS Office. • Strong expertise in architectural design review, technical coordination, and BIM management. • Demonstrated ability to manage consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Experience in value engineering, technical problem-solving, and design optimization. • Sound understanding of contract administration, specifications, and FIDIC contracts. • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. • PMP, BIM Certification, or professional architectural memberships are considered an added advantage. • Prior experience with Main contractors in major UAE developments is highly preferred.
