Technical Manager

• Lead and manage architectural and technical aspects of construction projects. • Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions. • Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and site teams. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards. • Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution. • Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams. • Manage design changes, RFIs, and technical documentation. • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. • Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction projects within the UAE. • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies. • Experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory. • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
