Technical Design Manager- FITOUT

• Lead and mentor a team of technical designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to deliver high-quality design solutions. • Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient technical designs, ensuring alignment with architectural principles. • Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept to implementation, proactively identifying and mitigating design risks. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and prioritize design efforts. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software design and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. • Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering complex, scalable software systems in an agile environment. • Expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and associated frameworks.
