Job description

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and deployment of software solutions. • Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and project plans for the development team. • Manage development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features and adherence to agile methodologies. • Oversee code quality, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement best practices for maintainable and scalable software. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred. • 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or management capacity. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex software development projects from inception to completion. • Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana).
