Job description

Lead tea tastings, brewing demonstrations and product introductions Train hospitality teams on brewing, teaware and service Create brewing guides, tasting notes and service manuals Prepare teas, samples and teaware for client visits and events Share client feedback to shape new products and experiences Practical knowledge of Chinese tea, including white, green, black, oolong and Pu-erh Experience in hospitality, fine dining, luxury retail or training preferred Confident presenter with a calm, service-minded manner Strong English; Chinese and/or Arabic is an advantage Able to work some evenings or weekends for events
