• Authentic South Indian tea preparation • South Indian filter coffee, hot badam milk & hot beverages • Snacks: Vada, Bajji, Bonda, Samosa, Pakoda, etc. • Sweets: Kesari, Payasam, Gulab Jamun, Laddu, Mysore Pak, Halwa, etc. • Good knowledge of batter preparation & frying • Consistent taste, quality and portion control • Good hygiene and cleanliness • Ability to work efficiently during busy hours • South Indian restaurant experience preferred • Degree or extensive formal training in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field. • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, or specialized tea establishments. • Knowledge of preparing Snacks & Sweets
