Tally Account with Data Entry Knowledge on Online Portals

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounts, record financial transactions accurately, and update vendor and customer ledgers using Tally software. • Purchasing & Inventory Coordination: Handle day-to-day corporate purchasing, coordinate with vendors, and organize incoming and outgoing deliveries. • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and manage data entries on online portals. • Communication & Administration: Handle routine business correspondence, communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, and support general office administration. • Experience & Skills: Proven background in accounting, bookkeeping, and routine purchasing or logistics administration. • Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing speed of at least 30 to 40 words per minute. • Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Tally accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and related formulas), alongside general computer literacy. • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Visa & Location Status: Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE, and hold a visit visa, transferable visa, or husband/dependent visa (company will provide the employment visa).
