System Analyst - SRE

• Proactively monitor ATM application performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers. • Automate repetitive operational tasks such as deployments, scaling, and incident response to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. • Develop and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure comprehensive visibility into application health. • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex application defects and implement timely fixes. • Years of Experience * 8-10 years Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in production/application support, Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure support for cards payment technology environments. Required Skills * Primary technical and functional skills · Strong knowledge of Credit/Debit Card systems, including issuance, authorization, dispute management and reconciliation. · Strong understanding of SRE principles, observability, resilience, performance, capacity, and automation. · Hands-on experience in production support, incident/problem management, troubleshooting, and RCA. · Good knowledge of APIs, middleware, databases, OS, networking, and infrastructure. · Strong SQL skills with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server. · Experience in functional specifications, system flows, impact analysis, and dependency assessment. · Experience with WebLogic/WebSphere and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or equivalent. · Knowledge of Python/Shell scripting, CI/CD, DevOps, HA/DR, and automation. · Experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence. · Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * Specific domain or industry knowledge required · Good experience in SRE, production engineering/support, or solution engineering. · Strong Cards & Payments domain knowledge covering issuance, authorization, dispute management and reconciliation. · Experience supporting 24×7 high-availability transactional systems and critical production incidents. · Experience in requirements, impact analysis, system integration, SIT/UAT, and production readiness. · Knowledge of PCI DSS, security, compliance, HA/DR, RTO/RPO, performance, and capacity management. · Strong experience collaborating with business, technology teams, and external vendors Skills SRE principles SQL monitoring tools
