Strategist WITT / Industry & Talent Partnerships

Lead WITT (Where Is the Talent?) and build the industry feedback loop that connects evolving workforce needs, practitioners, advisory council members and employers back into Crucifer Academy s curriculum and talent ecosystem. Build and manage the WITT advisory network; recruit credible industry practitioners; run structured meetings and feedback cycles; capture emerging skills and role changes; convert industry insight into clear curriculum recommendations; develop employer and talent partnerships; coordinate follow-ups and measurable outcomes. Quality and participation of advisory council; employer/practitioner pipeline; actionable skills intelligence delivered; curriculum changes informed by WITT; partnership outcomes and follow-through. Experience in industry partnerships, talent, workforce strategy, L&D, consulting, recruitment, ecosystem building or enterprise relationships; strong stakeholder management; ability to synthesize qualitative market input into actionable insights. Relationship builder; intellectually curious; concise communicator; commercially aware; organized; comfortable engaging senior professionals globally.
