Store Supervisor

What you'll be doing • Lead by example, representing the Maison Margiela's values and philosophy through all customer and team interactions. • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team engagement and communicating feedback or concerns to the Head of Retail. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting relationships with clients and manage VIP guest relationships to strengthen loyalty. • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, staff grooming and stock replenishment in line with brand guidelines. • Support daily store operations, including staff scheduling, shop floor coverage, stock movement tracking and inventory audits. • Ensure compliance with retail procedures, company policies, and health, safety and security standards. • Support store projects, promotional initiatives and community events to drive sales, increase customer engagement and enhance brand awareness. • Leverage available digital tools and clienteling platforms to strengthen customer relationships and enhance the in-store and post-purchase experience. What you'll need to succeed • Previous experience in retail, preferably within luxury beauty or Fragrance. • Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team, supporting individual development and overall store performance. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to sales targets through effective selling techniques and team collaboration. • Experience in clienteling, VIP relationship management and building long-term customer loyalty. • Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management and retail operational standards. • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when required. • Ability to stay informed about market trends, new products and competitor activity.
