Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5 Star hotel located in the Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Downtown area. Each of our 340 stylishly designed rooms and suites, offers views of the Burj Khalifa, Canal view, and Business Bay district. As a Steward, you will support the hotel's kitchen and Food & Beverage operations by ensuring a clean, hygienic, safe, and well-organized working environment while maintaining the hotel's quality and operational standards. What you will be doing: • Clean and sanitize kitchen and outlet areas, workstations, floors, walls, and equipment according to hotel standards. • Wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. • Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. • Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures. • Maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas and follow proper recycling procedures. • Monitor the availability of kitchen and F&B items, cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor. • Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures, including HACCP standards.
