Staff Supervisor

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff across multiple sites. • Monitor staff attendance and prepare duty schedules. • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards. • Coordinate with clients and address service-related concerns. • Ensure staff follow cleaning procedures and safety standards. • Manage manpower allocation and daily work assignments. • Prepare daily reports and update management on staff performance. • Ensure all assigned sites are properly staffed and maintained. • Kerala candidates preferred. • Proven experience in cleaning supervision and manpower management. • Ability to supervise and manage up to 150 staff across multiple sites. Strong leadership, communication, and staff coordination skills. • Experience in site inspections, attendance monitoring, duty scheduling, and client coordination. • Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory. • Must be currently residing in Bahrain and available for local employment transfer.
