Job description

Supervise and manage staff at assigned work locations. Allocate daily duties and prepare staff work schedules. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance. Ensure staff complete their assigned tasks according to company standards. Coordinate with management, clients, and site supervisors. Conduct regular site inspections and check the quality of work.
