SR. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Primary Purpose of the Job: Provide complete project management services for execution of Demolition of QSTec at RLC. The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary team and will manage all aspects and phases of the project from initiation to completion of demolition and handover remaining facilities. He will ensure successful delivery of the project on time, quality, within budget in a safe manner and in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and standards. Required Experience and Skills: * Fifteen (15\) years minimum construction/installation related experience of which ten (10\) years in oil \& gas industry. * Good knowledge of construction related standards and QHSE awareness. * Good ability to interpret and review method statements, inspection and test plans, lifting/erection plans, construction schedules and drawings. * Ability to highlight potential bottlenecks/problems related to construction activities and suggest solutions. * Good communication and report writing skills. Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or Diploma with extensive construction management experience.
