Construction Manager

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, blueprints, and safety standards • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any issues proactively. • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns. • Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress. • Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge. • Minimum of 14 years of hands-on experience in construction management, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery. • Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly regarded. • Experience in the specific type of construction (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial) relevant to the projects managed.
