Construction Manager: - High-Rise Building

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus) · Minimum 15 years of experience, with a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects · Strong expertise in jumping floor systems, construction methods, and project execution · Capable of leading project planning, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery · Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and local authority regulations · Prior UAE or GCC experience in a similar role is highly preferred · Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills · Civil construction experience is mandatory
