Specification Writer/ Coordinator

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project specifications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards and client requirements • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project management teams to gather technical information and translate it into precise specification documents • Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and other design documents to extract critical information for specification content • Manage the lifecycle of specification documents, including creation, revision, distribution, and archiving, using document control systems • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, specification development, or a related role within the [Specify Industry, e.g., Construction, Engineering/ Archiecture services] sector • Proficiency in using specification writing software and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore) • Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations
