Specialist, Access to Care

• Manage research projects throughout the full lifecycle, from proposal submission to project closure and archiving. • Support researchers with funding proposals, budgets, compliance checks, documentation, and funder submissions. • Coordinate research agreements, contracts, amendments, sub-awards, and collaborations with Legal, Finance, and external partners. • Manage post-doctoral and research staff processes, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, visas, extensions, and exits. • Monitor project budgets, expenses, milestones, and deliverables, and prepare financial and technical reports for funders and management. • Ensure compliance with research ethics, safety, data management, conflict of interest, and other institutional requirements. • Maintain research management systems, records, dashboards, and reports, and support system improvements and user training. • Coordinate research committees, internal funding schemes, funding opportunities, partner communications, and management reporting. • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of4+ years of experience in healthcare access, patient navigation, or community health programs. • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare systems, insurance complexities, and social determinants of health. • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software.
