Assistant - Research & External Engagement

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize findings to support research projects, ensuring accuracy and depth of information. • Assist in the preparation of research proposals, grant applications, and reports by gathering data and formatting documents. • Manage and maintain research databases, including data entry, cleaning, and organization for efficient retrieval and analysis. • Support the planning and execution of external engagement activities such as workshops, seminars, and conferences, coordinating logistics and communication. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, humanities, or a related discipline. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a research support or administrative role, preferably within an academic or non-profit setting. • Proficiency in research methodologies and data management techniques, with a keen eye for detail. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with diverse audiences.
