Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to minimize wait times and empty slots Patient Communication: Greet visitors, answer inquiries via phone or email, and assist with follow-up care instructions Operational Support: Coordinate daily facility workflows, manage practitioner diaries, and help maintain stock levels or office supplies Team Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between doctors, nurses, and administrative departments. Insurance and Coding: Handle pre-authorizations, referrals, and medical coding (like CPT) in coordination with billing teams Compliance: Maintain adherence to local healthcare regulations, patient privacy, and safety standards. Team Coordination: Support doctors and nurses while supervising front-desk or support staff. • Bachelor's degree in management preferred • At least 2+ years of experience in healthcare
