We're looking for a Turkish Nationality Sous Chef to support our culinary leadership team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at one of Dubai's most iconic resort destinations. What You'll Do Support the Chef de Cuisine in leading daily kitchen operations Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards Deliver authentic flavours with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen associates Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Drive operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences Be a hands-on leader during service and inspire the team through example What You'll Bring Turkish Nationality (Essential) Culinary Degree or Diploma Minimum 8 years' culinary experience At least 4 years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment Minimum 2 years in a similar role Food Hygiene Certification (PIC Level 3) Strong English communication skills Passion for authentic cuisine, quality, and teamwork
