Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. • Create engaging content, including reels, videos, product photos, stories, and promotional posts for cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes. • Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar. • Design attractive marketing creatives using Canva or similar graphic design tools. • Edit short-form videos using CapCut or other video editing software. • Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns to generate customer inquiries and business leads. • Generate qualified leads from wholesale buyers, distributors, retailers, salons, and cosmetics shops in the UAE and international markets. • Coordinate with influencers and arrange product promotions and collaborations. • Respond to social media inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers. • Monitor the performance of social media accounts and advertising campaigns, including reach, engagement, inquiries, and conversions. • Coordinate with the external digital marketing agency, follow up on deliverables, and monitor campaign performance. • Conduct competitor research and identify new digital marketing opportunities. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content performance, advertising results, and lead generation. • Maintain consistent brand identity and promote brand awareness for our Brand • Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing tools, and new content formats. Key Objective: Increase brand awareness, social media engagement, and qualified wholesale and retail leads for Celebshine's cosmetics, skincare, and perfume products. Someone who can create attractive content, grow social media accounts, generate genuine business leads, and help build the Celebshine brand in the UAE and international markets.
