Job Description: Experience: 10+ years overall, with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience Location: Onsite Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Mobility: Must be willing to travel and temporarily relocate to KSA for the project duration. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead ITSM and ITOM consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, enterprise integrations, and implementation. The candidate should combine strong ITIL process consulting skills with hands-on ServiceNow implementation and architecture expertise. Key Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder workshops, current-state assessments, requirements gathering, and gap analysis across ITSM, ITOM, and integrations. Design ITSM processes covering Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, aligned with ITIL best practices and ISO 20000. Define ITOM/AIOps requirements for event management, alert correlation, noise reduction, predictive use cases, and automated remediation. Design CMDB/CSDM governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and infrastructure visibility solutions. Architect integrations with Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Oracle ERP, HR systems, SIEM, cloud platforms, New Relic, SolarWinds, Microsoft monitoring, and CRM systems. Lead ServiceNow implementation activities, including platform configuration, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, workflows, testing, deployment, and technical governance. Prepare solution architecture, technical design documents, process flows, implementation roadmaps, and training materials. Facilitate knowledge transfer and stakeholder enablement. Required Skills ITSM: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and SLA Management. ITOM: Event Management, AIOps, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Implementation: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform configuration. Integration & Architecture: MID Server, data mapping, authentication, third-party integrations, troubleshooting, and solution design. Consulting: ITIL process design, ISO 20000 alignment, gap analysis, stakeholder management, and technical documentation. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM. ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB certifications or relevant accreditations. ITIL 4 Foundation. CTA or equivalent architecture credentials are an advantage. Mobility Requirement Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and be available for business travel or temporary relocation as required by the project. Candidates should be prepared to coordinate with the client on travel schedules, onsite duration, and mobilization requirements.
