Location: Saudi Arabia Work Mode: On-site Experience: 2 3 Years Language: Arabic Mandatory Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Maximum Relocation: Candidates open to relocation are welcome Preferred Talent Pool: Candidates based in Egypt and Jordan Job Overview DWT Technology is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow configuration, and IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management, along with a good understanding of ServiceNow configurations and workflows. Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations is an advantage. The role requires Arabic communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective coordination with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows. • Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes. • Troubleshoot ServiceNow functional issues and workflow problems. • Assist with ServiceNow configuration and process improvements. • Support ServiceNow integrations where required. • Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to understand service management requirements. • Help maintain effective IT service management processes and documentation. • 2 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM. • Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. • Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows and configurations. • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations is an advantage. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Arabic communication skills are mandatory. • Must be available to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days. • Must be willing to work onsite in Saudi Arabia. • Candidates open to relocation are welcome; candidates based in Egypt and Jordan are preferred.
