Server (All-Day Dining)

Key Responsibilities: • Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service. • Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience. • Take and accurately process food and beverage orders. • Have full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, garnishes, preparation methods, and allergens. • Have good knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and special offers. • Make appropriate recommendations and assist guests with menu selections. • Serve food and beverages according to established service standards. • Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set. • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests and concerns. • Process orders and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. • Follow all outlet policies, procedures, and service standards. • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements. • Be familiar with the Hotel Food Safety Management System. • Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned. • Assist with restaurant setup and ensure the outlet is ready for service. • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, service stations, and work areas. • Communicate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar, Stewarding, and other departments. • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional team environment. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.Company Description • Previous Food & Beverage or restaurant service experience is an advantage. • Previous Point of Sale (POS) experience is an advantage. • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Good attention to detail and organizational skills. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in financial practices. • Embrace the Fairmont brand promise and luxury in your role and in all your interactions. • Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected.
