F&B Executive

• Assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. • Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards. • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. • Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate service. • Take and process guest orders accurately. • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation. • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and restaurant SOPs. • Support the team during busy periods and special events. • Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures. • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational issues to the supervisor. • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. • 1-3 years of F&B service experience, ideally in fine dining or 3-star/4-star hotels. • Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and restaurant operations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Well-presented, energetic, and guest-focused. • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage. • Knowledge of POS systems and food hygiene (HACCP) is a plus.
