Job Summar y Provide L3 engineering support for Avaya Oceana Omnichannel Contact Center solutions, troubleshooting complex voice and contact center issues. Manage integrations and support voice infrastructure upgrades, collaborating with various teams to resolve critical incidents and ensure service stability. Key Responsibilities Provide L3 engineering support for Avaya Oceana Omnichannel Contact Center solutions. Troubleshoot complex voice and contact center issues, including call routing, SIP, VoIP, RTP, call drops, and voice quality. Perform advanced diagnostics, log analysis, SIP trace analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA). Manage complex integrations involving Avaya Aura, SIP trunks, SBCs, voice gateways, and contact center applications. Support voice infrastructure upgrades, migrations, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization. Qualifications & Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Avaya Oceana Omnichannel Contact Center. Expertise in Avaya Aura, SIP, VoIP, RTP, call routing, and contact center architecture. Proven L3 support experience in enterprise voice infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of network protocols, SBCs, voice gateways, and contact center integrations. Experience in RCA, incident management, and infrastructure solutions.
