Senior Strategist Learning Design & Content

Lead one of Crucifer Academy s content-development teams and take end-to-end responsibility for the design, development, quality and launch readiness of at least two of the Academy s four core courses. Define course architecture and outcomes; lead multi-format content creation; manage and coach 2 3 junior team members; work with SMEs and faculty; create AI-enabled content workflows; own quality assurance; coordinate curriculum, recording, LMS integration and assessments; improve courses after launch. End-to-end ownership of at least 2 courses; milestones achieved to launch plan; learner-ready content without repeated Founder intervention; effective team leadership; repeatable content standards and templates; continuous course improvement. 10+ years in learning design, instructional design, learning solutions or talent development; experience building complete learning journeys; strong instructional-design foundations; team leadership; stakeholder and SME management; exposure to digital, experiential or blended learning; comfort with AI-enabled workflows. Ownership over instructions; high quality bar; structured thinking; strategic and hands-on; constructive challenger; fast learner; comfortable working directly with the Founder.
