Lead - Design studio

• Manage the Design Studio’s project portfolio ensuring high-quality, timely, and strategically aligned delivery • Filter and prioritise initiatives for maximum system-wide value and eliminate misaligned or duplicative work • Drive timely, cohesive delivery of new or optimised capability development solutions • Ensure projects meet design standards and match the right vendors to each project • Lead the development, implementation, and governance of a structured project management framework • Define methodologies, set project standards, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives • Lead cross-functional project scoping and integration to ensure coherent and prioritised initiative design • Oversee execution and delivery of strategic projects including planning, resource allocation, execution and completion • Evaluate vendor capability, review fit for purpose, and assign partners to appropriate projects • Track emerging practices in learning design and workforce development to inform project design • Track and communicate project milestones and progress to stakeholders • Drive consistent adoption of project design and delivery standards and improve ways of working via documentation and governance tools • Foster a collaborative team environment encouraging open communication and teamwork across departments • Track and manage departmental spending and maintain precise financial records • Stay updated on technological advancements and recommend updates to leverage latest innovations • Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or Arts. Minimum Experience: • A minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development function, specializing in instructional design and innovation. • Project management experience is required.
