Senior Site Architect

We are looking for a Senior Site Architect with strong experience in **high\-end and luxury projects**, particularly hotels and projects involving classic designs, premium finishes, and complex architectural details. Key Responsibilities * Supervise architectural works and ensure high\-quality execution on site. * Inspect finishes and workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. * Review, comment on, and sign **Inspection Requests (IRs)**. * Coordinate consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth work progress. * Track works through snagging, completion, and final handover. * Provide clear technical comments and manage site\-related issues. * Prepare professional site reports, updates, and emails. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * 10–15 years of relevant site experience. * Strong hands\-on experience in **luxury finishes, classic designs, special items, and complicated details**. * Experience with **high\-end hotels**, preferably with a consultancy or main contractor. * Strong site inspection, coordination, reporting, and communication skills. * **Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.** Pay: From QAR10,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Mention you salary expectations. * What is your notice period? * Do you have a valid QID?
