The role will ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and accounting standards while supporting audit and financial control processes. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in business administration with specialization in Financial Management and/or Accounting. * 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a similar financial control, reconciliation, or accounting role. * Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reconciliations, expenditure controls, and financial reporting. * Good understanding of IFRS and regulatory requirements. * Experience with fixed asset registers, chart of accounts, audit coordination, and financial control processes. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/accounting systems. **Skills \& Competencies** * Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong understanding of accounting controls and procedures. * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines. * High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
