**ob Title:** Senior Design Reviewer SME – Arch / Elec / Mech / ELV **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced **Senior Design Reviewer SME** specializing in **Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical, or ELV** to provide technical design review and multidisciplinary coordination for major and complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing design submissions, technical drawings, specifications, and coordination between disciplines, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities * Review architectural, electrical, mechanical, and ELV design submissions and technical drawings. * Perform multidisciplinary design coordination and identify technical clashes or inconsistencies. * Review specifications, calculations, design reports, and technical documentation. * Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. * Provide technical comments and recommendations to design teams and consultants. * Review BIM models and support design coordination where applicable. * Identify design risks, gaps, and constructability issues. * Participate in technical meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. * Support the review and approval process for major and complex projects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, ELV Engineering, or a relevant discipline**. * Master's degree is **preferred**. * **15\+ years of relevant design and design\-review experience**. * Professional accreditation such as **UPDA/MMUP or equivalent international accreditation**. * Experience reviewing **major and complex projects**. * Strong multidisciplinary design coordination and technical review experience. * **BIM/design review certification is preferred**. * Strong knowledge of applicable engineering/design standards and codes. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred**. * Strong **English and Arabic communication skills**.
