Senior Quantity Surveyor

Provide contract administration for works undertaken by Contractors, including verification of conditions precedent for payment and maintenance of records for bonds, insurances, variations, and claims. Review and assess interim payment applications and cost estimates submitted by Contractors and Consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications. Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) prior to tender to ensure completeness of scope and alignment with the drawings and specifications. Review, monitor, and update project budgets and cost plans, including preparation of updates for approval. Review and assess Change Requests, Contract Trend Notices, Variation Orders, and Claims, and prepare recommendations for review and approval. Prepare and review project cost forecasts, incorporating variations and commitments to maintain an accurate forecast of the final project cost. Maintain variation and claims registers and monitor the commercial status of the project, identifying potential cost impacts and supporting timely resolution of commercial matters.
