We strongly believe that world-class talent makes no distinctions based on gender, ethnic or national origin, sexual identity and orientation, age, religion or disability, but enriches itself through these differences. • Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred. • Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university. • Min 10 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management. • Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential • Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years. • Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. • Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
