Senior Operations Manager Human Performance & Occupational Health

3D Company is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee government, military, and commercial contracts focused on human performance, occupational health, healthcare, and physical readiness services . The role is responsible for operational excellence, contract compliance, workforce management, financial performance, and client satisfaction across multiple projects and locations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple contracts and project sites. • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards. • Lead workforce planning, deployment, resource allocation, and operational readiness. • Oversee budgets, profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency. • Manage multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare and performance professionals. • Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular performance reviews. • Implement quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to executive management. Preferred Qualifications: • MBA, PMP, or other relevant professional certification. • UAE government or military contract experience. • Experience in occupational health, healthcare operations, sports science, or physical readiness programs. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, Sports Management, or related field. • 8-10 years of operational management experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role. • Proven experience managing government, military, healthcare, occupational health, or outsourced service contracts. • Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, workforce planning, SLAs, and KPIs. • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
