Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations within the healthcare and wellbeing sector in Dubai. The role involves leading teams, driving sales performance, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets while maintaining branch profitability. • Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to improve sales and service performance. • Deliver an excellent patient experience and resolve complaints promptly. • Conduct client consultations, including upselling and cross-selling treatments, packages, and products. • Manage staff schedules, appointments, and coordination with doctors. • Develop sales, marketing, and business development plans to attract and retain clients. • Oversee inventory, stock usage, expiry monitoring, procurement, and equipment maintenance. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, licensing requirements, and health authority standards. • Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate financial and operational records, and submit regular reports.
