Senior Operations Coordinator

• Coordinate daily facilities management operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with contract requirements. • Monitor planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities with engineering teams. • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and follow up on outstanding tasks. • Track KPIs, SLAs, work orders, and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion. • Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records. • Support resource planning, inspections, audits, and compliance with quality and HSE requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in facilities management operations. • Arabic and English proficiency, both written and spoken. • Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM/CMMS systems. • PMP certification and UPDA registration are an advantage.
