Project Coordinator

We Are Hiring Project Coordinator (Automation Projects) An opportunity is available for a Project Coordinator Automation Projects in Qatar. Location: Qatar Experience: Minimum 5 years Industry: Engineering / EPC / Oil & Gas / Industrial Automation Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate multiple industrial automation projects, supporting Project Managers and engineering teams. - Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, documentation, and progress reports. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams. - Monitor procurement, logistics, project deliverables, and approvals. - Coordinate FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project handover activities. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes. - Track project progress, pending actions, and deadlines. Important Note: Only candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID will be considered. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of relevant project coordination experience. - Experience in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Industrial Automation projects. - Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation projects is an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tracking tools. - Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills. - PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or related certifications are advantageous. - Qatar experience and a valid Qatar driving licence are added advantages.
