Senior Manager, Media

Role Summary and Impact The Senior Media Manager will be the key driver of brand growth and engagement by developing and executing innovative media strategies across diverse channels. You will be responsible for ensuring that media plans are aligned with marketing strategies and are optimized to deliver maximum ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media, as well as the ability to maintain relationships with media vendors and internal teams. • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated media strategies aligned with client business and marketing objectives across digital and offline channels. Excellent client-facing and presentation skills. • Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end planning, buying, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and DV360. • Client Management: Own day-to-day client relationships, lead strategic discussions and performance reviews, and proactively identify opportunities to drive business growth. • Data & Insights: Leverage tools such as GWI and Statista to understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and category trends, translating insights into actionable media recommendations. • Performance & Measurement: Drive campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, reach, engagement, conversions, and media efficiency, with a strong focus on optimization and ROI. • Budget & Commercial Management: Manage media budgets, ensure effective utilization of spend, and identify opportunities for efficiencies, savings, and added value. • Innovation & Growth: Identify new platforms, formats, audience opportunities, and media solutions to strengthen client performance and contribute to account growth. • Strategic & Business Impact: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve media effectiveness, support client objectives, and demonstrate measurable business impact.
