Senior Manager - Business Valuations

Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Valuations - Deal Advisory Location: Bahrain | Experience: 10- 12 Years About the Role: Join our Client's Deal Advisory practice to lead complex transactions, drive business growth, and mentor high-performing teams. You will advise clients on growth, governance, and performance challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Lead valuation, corporate finance (equity/debt raising, M&A, IPO advisory), and due diligence engagements • Conduct financial analysis, lead financial modelling, and review reports/files • Manage 610 team members across multiple engagements • Build client relationships and identify business opportunities • Drive proposal development, business development, and practice initiatives • Ensure timely risk documentation and compliance Mandatory Criteria: • Major & current Big4 & Consulting firm experience required (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC, Protiviti, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, etc.) • India client-facing role experience only • Non-Big4/Consulting OR Global/Offshore experience will NOT be considered Key Skills: • Strong financial analysis and modelling • Excellent English presentation and report writing • Leadership, team management, and coaching • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency • IFRS knowledge (advantage) • Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines Qualifications: • MBA and/or CA/CPA/ACCA (CFA preferred) • 1012 years in Deals/Corporate Finance, with 45 years in a similar capacity at an audit/investment advisory firm
