Job Title: Director Risk Advisory Big4 ( 3+ years in a Director position in a Big4.) Location: Manama, Bahrain (Middle East) Compensation: Tax-free salary + performance bonus + benefits Experience: 15+ years About the Opportunity We are hiring for a Director Risk Advisory (3+ years in a Director position in a Big4) role with a leading global professional services firm in Bahrain. The role carries full P&L ownership, a defined business development target, and leadership of the Risk Consulting practice. The position reports to a Partner and involves Board, regulator, and C-suite engagement across the GCC. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered. • Big 4 or Consulting firm experience is mandatory e.g., KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC, Protiviti, BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, or equivalent consulting organisations. • India client-facing experience is mandatory direct delivery to Indian clients in a consulting or advisory capacity. • Non-Big 4 / Non-Consulting experience will NOT be considered. • Global / offshore / shared-services delivery experience will NOT be considered. Key Responsibilities • Support the growth of the Risk Consulting business in Bahrain, taking an active leadership role in growing services • Lead large and complex risk consulting engagements and provide subject matter expertise • Take responsibility for innovation, practice growth, and team development • Manage 10 15 subordinates and multiple concurrent engagements • Review files and reports; deliver presentations to Boards and Audit Committees • Business development client targeting, sales pitches, and proposal development • Develop and roll out in-house training programmes for staff • Assist with recruitment (conduct interviews) • Act as Performance Manager for 5 6 personnel Key Requirements Qualifications: • Recognised degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or related discipline • Professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, and/or Masters • CIA and/or CISA qualifications are an advantage Please apply ONLY if you meet ALL of the following.
