Senior Credit Administration Officer – Corporate Banking

Requirements & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or a related discipline. • 5–7 years of experience in Banking, including a minimum of 5 years in Credit Administration. • Banking experience is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of Corporate Credit Products, Credit Facilities and Legal Documentation. • Hands-on experience with facility limit management and credit administration processes. • Working knowledge of T24 Core Banking System is mandatory. • Good understanding of banking regulations, compliance and internal control procedures. • Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required. We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Administration Officer with strong corporate banking and credit administration experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, review and verify corporate credit facility documentation, including agreements, offer letters, security documents and related instruments. • Ensure all executed documents are aligned with approved credit terms, conditions and covenants. • Manage customer facility limits, including creation, amendments, extensions, cancellations and closures in the core banking system. • Ensure all conditions precedent are fulfilled before facility activation and drawdown. • Monitor outstanding documentation, exceptions, deferrals and approval conditions. • Set up and monitor financial and non-financial covenants, insurance renewals, valuations and other post-disbursement requirements. • Coordinate with Legal, Credit and Relationship Management teams on documentation, approvals and amendments. • Manage security releases, mortgage discharges and facility closures in line with bank procedures. • Maintain accurate credit files, prepare MIS reports and support internal/external audits. • Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory requirements and maker-checker controls.
