Senior Business Development Manager - FinTech Direction

Build and manage your own pipeline of platform and marketplace clients across Europe and worldwide. Run the full cycle: research, first contact, discovery, commercial framing, negotiation, handover to delivery. Work closely with the direction's leadership on commercial terms and deal structure. Represent us at international industry conferences. This is a core part of the role expect to attend several major events a year and to generate real pipeline from them. Travel to client meetings across Europe and beyond. Bring market feedback back into pricing, positioning and roadmap. 6+ years in B2B sales, business development or partnerships, with a quota you personally carried and hit. Experience selling something financially or legally non-trivial payments, payouts, banking, lending, employer-of-record or contractor services, embedded finance, or compliance tooling. A track record of closing deals you sourced yourself, not just growing accounts handed to you. Comfort with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, including a client's finance and legal teams you can hold your own with a CFO or general counsel. Fluent, confident English .
