Expand the partner network by signing cashback platforms, banks, fintechs, and loyalty programs across new markets. Build high-value executive relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term strategic partnerships. Balance ecosystem supply and demand by matching relevant advertisers with the right reward partners. Research market trends, analyze competitors, and represent the company at industry events to drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth campaign launches and optimize products based on feedback. 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships. Minimum 2 years of required experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Loyalty partnerships. Proven track record in building long-term B2B relationships and managing complex sales cycles. Strong commercial mindset and executive-level negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders. Track record of working with international markets. Full professional proficiency in English.
