Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion S2I

Key Responsibilities 1. S2I Business Requirements • Capture, validate, and maintain business requirements across Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Purchasing, and Governance. 2. Solution and Design Validation • Participate in GDD (Global Design Document) and solution design discussions to ensure the proposed Oracle Fusion solution aligns with approved business requirements. 3. Business-to-Implementation Coordination • Act as the functional bridge between Group Sourcing, process owners, and the implementation team, coordinating business decisions, clarifications, and approvals. 4. Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Support CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and SIT (System Integration Testing), and lead business UAT, including test scenario preparation, results validation, defect follow-up, and business sign-off. 5. AI and Automation • Define and validate relevant Oracle Fusion AI agent use cases and procurement automation opportunities. 6. Business Readiness and Change Support • Support business users, design sign-offs, implementation readiness, and the transition to new S2I processes. 7. Go-Live and Hypercare • Support go-live readiness, post-implementation issue resolution, and stabilization of S2I processes • 6+ years Oracle Cloud SCM / Procurement experience. • Hands-on Oracle Fusion experience in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Contract Management and Inventory . • Experience across GDD, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live and Hyper-care . • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion AI capabilities . • Oracle Procurement Cloud certification preferred. • Strong business, functional and stakeholder-management skills.
