S2I Business Support Analyst - Oracle Fusion S2I

1. Data Readiness and Cleansing • Support the assessment, cleansing, enrichment, and validation of supplier, item, contract, and purchasing data. • Maintain data-quality records and ensure data accuracy and completeness. 2. Business Documentation • Collect, organize, update, and maintain procurement policies, procedures, contracts, workflows, and other S2I business documentation. 3. Design Documentation Support • Support the business review and preparation of GDD, BP.080, MD.050, and related process documentation. 4. Requirements and Process Support • Assist in documenting business requirements, process gaps, action items, and required business clarifications throughout the implementation. 5. Testing and UAT Support • Prepare UAT scenarios and test scripts, coordinate business testing, maintain defect logs, support retesting, and prepare UAT sign-off documentation. 6. Stakeholder Coordination • Coordinate business information, documentation, testing activities, and action items with Group Sourcing and relevant project stakeholders. 7. Business Readiness • Support business-user readiness, process guidance, documentation, and transition activities in preparation for go-live. 8. Go-Live and Hypercare Support • Support business users during go-live, track and coordinate issue resolution, assist with process stabilization, and maintain hypercare documentation. • Experience in ERP / Oracle Fusion implementation support . • Understanding of procurement processes , including Sourcing, Vendor Management and Contract Management. • Experience in data cleansing and data validation . • Experience in business process documentation . • Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking and retesting . • Understanding of Oracle Fusion S2I / Procurement process is preferred. • Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Visio .
