Senior Accountant Security Services

• Manage monthly payroll for a large security workforce. • Review salaries, overtime, leave salary, gratuity and end-of-service benefits. • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements. • Reconcile payroll with attendance, employee deployment and client billing. • Manage general ledger, journal entries, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations. • Handle monthly and annual financial closing and prepare management reports. • Monitor accounts receivable, payable and cash flow. • Support audits, VAT and corporate tax reporting. • Coordinate with HR, Operations and Group Finance. • Improve internal controls and support cost and profitability analysis. Mandatory Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. • 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience. • Hands-on experience managing large-scale payroll. • Strong knowledge of UAE WPS, overtime, gratuity and leave salary calculations. • Experience in financial closing, reconciliations and reporting. • Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting system knowledge. Preferred Requirements • Experience in security services, manpower supply or facilities management. • Payroll experience for 500+ employees. • ACCA, CMA or CPA qualification (preferred). • Experience in workforce costing and profitability analysis.
